How to Print from a Mac - FollowMe Print
Check Papercut/Print Deploy is running
The green printer icon should be displaying in the menu bar of your Mac laptop or desktop
If this icon is not appearing open the Self Service application and search for “PrintDeploy” and install
You will be prompted to sign in with your school Google Account.
Printing Instructions
To use the new system, ensure you are signed in to Print Deploy with your School Google Account.
To do so, follow these simple steps:
You will see the new Print Deploy icon in your menu bar -
Click this icon, and select “View my printers” to open the Print Deploy application on your computer
Choose Sign in with Google and log in with your school Google account.
Once signed in, Print Deploy will automatically configure and update the necessary print queues.
Once the new photocopiers have been installed, you can print to them by using “Follow Me B-W” or “Follow Me Colour” when selecting where you are printing to -
Go to the photocopier and login using your card or by typing in your ID number
Select the print job(s) and tap “Print”

New Photocopiers Installed
The school has transitioned to new photocopier models with advanced features for better usability and confidentiality.
Introduction of Follow Me Print
With Follow Me Print, you no longer need to select a specific printer. Simply send your document to one of our new print queues from your computer, walk to any photocopier, log in with your Staff ID number, and release your job. This feature ensures confidentiality, as documents are only printed once you release them at the photocopier.
Print Deploy Program Installed
A new application, Print Deploy, has been installed on all staff computers. This tool automatically installs and manages print queues. It also allows us to update print configurations without interrupting your work.
Logging into the Photocopiers
You can log in to the new photocopiers using one of the following methods:
Staff Card
Scan your staff card on the photocopier, the photocopier will then ask for your school username and password the first time you log in. This will link your card to your account for future use.
Staff ID Number
If you do not have your card with you, you can manually enter your Staff ID number on the photocopier to log in. Your ID number can be found below the barcode on your card, or in
