How to Reset Your Password

Staff and students can follow this guide to reset their password.

  1. Click the Jamf Connect icon ()in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click “Change Password…”.

    If there is no Jamf Connect icon in the Menu Bar, launch the Jamf Connect application from a spotlight search or from the Applications Folder

  2. Type the old password and the new password. Verify the new password.

  1. Click “Change password”. The password will reset on the device, network logins and Google Workspace.

  2. You will need to sign-in to Google again.

  3. You may need to update the password in their keychain.
