Clipboard for OSHC (Outside School Hours Care)

Accessing Clipboard

OSHC staff can access Clipboard at https://go.clipboard.app on their laptop or phone.

Access is available to view attendance for Primary School and Music Co-curricular activities.

The service desk team can assist with account management.

Viewing Attendance

You can follow the Clipboard Guide to taking attendance, the outline is:

1. Go to the Home Page -> Your Schedule Today

2. Click on the Session or Fixture you want to view the roll for

3. A pop-up window of the Session or Fixture will appear. Scroll down to the Attendance section and select either Update Roll (attendance has been taken by activity supervisor) or Mark Roll (attendance has yet to be taken).

4. Students are marked as present with a tick or not marked if they are absent.
