Parents need to log in to Seqta Engage, navigate to the student's profile, and select the desired date for the absence. For further details, please refer to the full article.
The system prompts parents to specify a reason for the absence. The school selects these available reasons:
Apppointment
Holiday
Medical
Late (parent confirmed)
Parents also have a text box to provide further details
Once submitted, an attendance admistrator reviews and approve or deny the absence request. This is done by visiting the attendance administration page, notifications are not generated. For further details, please refer to the full article.
